Picture of my eye. Thursday, May 17, 2012. I am a mom. There are so many things I love about this role. I love the feel of pudgy arms wrapping around my neck for a tight squeeze. I love hearing my name called in high pitched voices from around the house. I love that I'm the first person my kids come to when they have a problem, especially if it's a boo boo that needs to be kissed or a hug that's needed after a rough day. Picture of my eye. Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Adrienne's Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe. 2/3 cup evaporated milk. 1 cup peanut butter. 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme. Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until melted, add marshmallow creme and vanilla and beat with mixer until well blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cook to room temperature. Friday, November 13, 2009. So I'm finally getting around to blogging about the delivery. The weekend prior to d-day I went to a wedding in Chicago. Michael and I had been joking for many weeks that the trip (10 hours in a car) would induce labor and I predicted I would go into labor sometime the week following the trip. Saturday, May 14, 2011. So I'm super late making this post given I've known for like a month. but.IT'S A GIRL! Just like last time with Caleb the ultrasound is so amazing. It makes it even more real getting to see her and watching her move around in there. It's also fun because I get to do some shopping for girl clothes.which are so much cuter than boy clothes! For me knowing the sex greatly helps me connect to the baby and I love that I can call her by name.(drumroll please).Carissa. Picture of my eye.

Friday, May 15, 2009. Grass, Mothers Day, and 15 Weeks. This was our yard when we bought the house last August. What a hideous bush! This spring none of the already sparse grass grew back :) . Sunday, August 23, 2009. What can I say about the sixth month of pregnancy. I really enjoyed it! I think it will be my best month of pregnancy for many reasons. One being that people could tell I was pregnant :) and so they talked to me about it which is always fun. Most of my clients also started asking and so I got some funny responses.
