Cara-cara membuat egg tart:. 1 Campur semua bahan A, gaulkan menjadi doh. 2 Masukkan doh di dalam peti sejuk selama 20 min. 3 Sementara menunggu, panaskan air (Bahan B) dan gula sehingga mendidih tanpa perlu dikacau. Biarkannya sejuk. 4 Keluarkan doh dan uli bulat-bulat mengikut saiz acuan loyang tart. Tekan doh menggunakan ibu jari supaya rata.
