Friday, January 2, 2009. Or The Start To A Better Life? My attempt to quit smoking failed miserablly. I couldn't handle it, AT ALL. But it's okay. I've decided to take it in steps. I'm not quitting cold turkey anymore. I'm starting off slow. I've already started three steps:. Step One: I'm not buying smokes anymore. No more full packs for me!
