So I find myself in a similar place here, with only two months, left in Korea. I want to savor all my time here, but I feel that one leg is already home, and a few toes are just paralyzed with the fear of not appreciating my last moments in Korea. Its ridiculous really. It took 32 years for me to return to where i was born, but here i am celebrating my 32nd birthday in my homeland. its so interesting being here for my bday, and among many feelings i definitely feel blessed to be here. So im feeling blessed today. realizing that i have been given such a special gift of love and connection, not in the way that i wanted- but with so much more beauty and simplicity.
