Long before Beth Whitney wrote her first song, she was being shaped to craft music. Born to a poet and a painter, and raised with her five siblings on a small farm north of Seattle, she was given verse and depiction as companions throughout her childhood. Often performing as a duo, husband/collaborator Aaron Fishburn, compliments the melodic gems with steady rhythms and rich bows on the upright bass. Listeners describe Beth and Aaron's onstage persona as original, fresh, and disarming.
