Brad doesn't put much stock into New Years resolutions, but I decided to come up with a set of resolutions for us anyway (it can't hurt). One resolution is to eat at home more, which is going to mean I'll be cooking more. Another resolution is to have a more healthy diet, which means eating more salads. I was inspired by a Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad recipe from Cooking Light. 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved.
