Here are yesterdays and todays food diaries. 11:30 1 extra dark chocolate bar. Skinny cow ice cream sandwich. 5:30 salad: grilled cajun chicken. Then at work: four bites of rice 2 white, 2 brown. 3 glasses of flavored lemonade ( half water w/ 6 squirts of flavor syrup total). 1 peanutbutter mini dessert. 3:30 - 1/2 protein bar.
