Away with the Fairies. Tuesday, August 22, 2006. The prattle of the jet-lagged. Drew and I ran out of Arnica, an anti-jet lag herbal remedy that effectively works as placebo. Thus my mind has decided that I have confused sleep patterns. I hate re-adjusting to time zones. Which is worse? Although it would have been nice for all you lovely Canadians to be able to listen to it- it is too risky- I was too worried about the confidentiality of the participants.
