Wandering Illustrator: Challenge Roth Training: Week 24
http://wanderingillustrator.blogspot.com/2014/07/challenge-roth-training-week-24.html
Monday, July 07, 2014. Challenge Roth Training: Week 24. 2 weeks to go. Swim: 3. 8700m, 3hr 52min. Bike: 3. 8hrs 9min, Saturday Ride: 91mi. Run: 2. 22.5mi, 4hr 14min. Strength: 0. 0min. Total time: 16hrs 15min. Oh man, this whole week was one big challenge. It was THE week; the pinnacle of our training season, and it was a doozy. Workouts were long and energy reserves were low, so every session was just a lesson in powering through (which was the point). Knocked it all out. 1/10/17, 4:53 PM.
