This file is an example of what I’m talking about, an initiative petition that is the right size for anyone with a popular home printer to become part of the initiative process. I created the file with Open Office. An open source office suite, an alternative to Microsoft Office) and can be viewed with Adobe Reader. This is a work in progress. I’m a big fan of Rep. Sherry Appleton’s ban on paid-per-signature, but I also agree with the Seattle Times in their assesment of the bill.
