Triocentric: Remote From Anything The Builders Intended
http://triocentric.blogspot.com/2012/03/remote-from-anything-builders-intended.html
A journal of Christian theology, criticism, poetry, philosophy, and rumination. Thursday, March 15, 2012. Remote From Anything The Builders Intended. To what end do we suffer? To what end, really, do we fall on our faces? For what good are sin and folly and loss and waste? We make such fools of ourselves! I'd hate to be in the same room at a party with the me of twenty years ago! I'd hide my face and pray that no one recognized us as the same guy! Our past is, thank God, past! It will no longer plague us!

A journal of Christian theology, criticism, poetry, philosophy, and rumination. Thursday, March 7, 2013. Feet Of Fire And Heads Of Ice. Old Ogden Nash can complain, but if he had had the cold I've had this week- with bonfires in my lungs and skin that aches at the merest touch- I doubt he'd have bothered writing about it. He'd have been too busy adding honey to his lemon tea and pulling the comforter closer around his legs and telephoning his editor to come add another log to the fire. With feet of fire ...
