Just Call Me Betty. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp. baking soda. 3 cups shredded carrots. 3/4 cups cooking oil. Chopped pecans and almonds. Grease and flour 2 round pans (or one regular cake pan if you aren't doing layers). Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Set aside.
