It seems that everybody is doing it. I enjoy trying to make artful looking pictures of the things I eat, and I need to start eating better, so I'm going to try to photograph EVERYTHING I eat, from a handful of peanuts to a full meal, in the hope that it will help me control my eating. I'm hoping that the commitment to photograph everything will give me the desire for greater variety in my foods...and to cut back on the snacks.

And Then I Ate. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Russia - Day 6. Pear with caramel sauce. Pork stuffed with prunes. A selection of pastries that were offered each day in the Panorama Bar at tea time. These were potato stuffed ravioli that were offered for a main course, but I was too full. Walt had a plate, though.
