Friday morning saw us on the road again heading towards Hervey Bay. We drove south as far as Bundaberg where I topped up with diesel before heading on towards Childers. Join John and Sandra on their adventure around Australia. Sunday, 1 July 2012. June 26th, 2012- Lani's on the Beach- Old Bar. Tuesday saw us venture halfway home where we stopped at Lani's at Old Bar. The roads were good again but the weather deteriorated as we proceeded south. Join John and Sandra on their adventure around Australia. Saturday, 29 October 2011. October 24th-29th, 2011- Point Sampson-Cove Caravan Park. Monday saw us up and retracing our steps north on the Great Northern Highway to where it rejoins the main road out of Port Hedland. Stopped at the Auski Roadhouse to fuel up with Diesel and to buy ice for our Esky. Both were overpriced but what can you do? That was too close for comfort. Sandra will probably only let me in the shower and bathtub for a while now.

Stephen's foot is acting up badly with Gout so Carol takes him in to see a doctor in the afternoon. Doctor wasn't sure what the problem is so he is taking antibiotics, pain killers, and gout medicine. Hopefully something works as he can barely walk. Sandra and I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon and sat out in the sunshine for a while. Friday morning saw us on the road again ...
