I will come to your home or office (we can even meet in a park if you prefer to exercise outdoors). You don't need to own any fitness equipment, as I will bring what we need for each session. However, if you do own any equipment I will be happy to incorporate it into your exercise program as appropriate. I train clients at a private gym in Needham, MA.
