Monday, June 30, 2014. 62 days into Motherhood: back at the gym. I took it easy because my expectations were pretty slim. Thirty minutes of light weight lifting (like 7's) and toning and then walking a mile (I jogged for like 4 minutes and then slowed down). I was sweaty and sore and tired and so HAPPY. This year he kept it really simple and I appreciated it since we had a busy month. :). Baby by the christmas tree, too cute! Cuties all dressed up and ready for church Christmas style. Zippy thought we should make cookies. I did a craft show and it was freezing cold. I stayed warm by eating this amazing hamburger. Henry at our ward christmas party. Viv was there too!

Thursday, 11 March 2010. Week 2: Audition walkouts and doing a sister george. The week has been a pretty productive one i have to say. Been to the gym times this week twice on tuesday technically which is something i will never do again unless i really need to catch up on sleep. An hour at the gym followed by an hour of yoga really sends you off into a deep sleep. 12 hours i slept for that night! 12 hours and i did not feel good for it at all!
