Taking my Sweet Time. February 28, 2012. I was able to make it over the weekend. It smelled delicious while it was cooking! I was able to get five two-cup servings and two one-cup servings in freezer bags. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cups chopped yellow onion (about 3 medium). 3 tablespoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves). Taking my Sweet Time. March 22, 2011. Pecans are my favorite nut! I wonder if it is because I'm from the South . . . I do know the flavor of pecans is so yummy! The leftovers didn't last long. 1 egg white, lightly beaten. 3 cups pecan halves. 1/2 cup white sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (I used 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, I'm not a huge fan).
