https://beyondthecode.wordpress.com/2009/10/02/breaking-down-the-google-wave-hype
What Makes Google Wave So Awesome. How We Might Use Google Wave. Breaking Down the Google Wave Hype. Now that I’ve spent a few posts singing praises for Google Wave, it’s time to shoot down some of the hype that’s surrounded the product. Step aside email, the waves are here. Google, like it has in the past, is working on a new product. They have big ambitions, sure, but they had big ambitions with Google Notebook and Orkut too. Heck, very little of what Google does is created by thinking small. You are c...

While my last post was technically January 20th, I’ve actually drafted several articles since then (on the Jon Stewart v. Jim Cramer situation, among others), but I haven’t felt that they were good enough to publish. However, I have been active on my Google Reader Shared Items. Keeping the commentary going strong. A Return to Blogging. My Thoughts on Google Wave. A Shift in the Credit Card Tide. For those who haven’t been putting the pieces together regarding recent credit card legislation. Andrew Martin brings up an issue. I felt was coming for a while now:. And to make up for lost income, the card companies are going after those people with sterling credit.

Breaking Down the Google Wave Hype. OpenFile – An Argument Analysis. How We Might Use Google Wave. Time for my favorite post of the series. As I’ve looked around the web for opinions and analysis of Google Wave, I can’t help but notice they’re all talking about the wrong thing. They’re talking about the. And as best I can tell, that’s what the wave concept needs more than anything else right now… some creative thinking. Let me know what you think in the comments or on Twitter. One of my favorite feedback...

Challenge My Character: Turkey and All the Fixin's
http://challengemycharacter.blogspot.com/2007/11/turkey-and-all-fixins.html
27 challenges. 9 weeks. 3 Challenge Masters. 1 girl. Thursday, November 22, 2007. Turkey and All the Fixin's. Turkey, white meat and dark. Cranberry sauce, from a can (unfortunately). Macaroni and cheese (we are big on carbs in this family). Red velvet cake (a little dry this year). Cookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal butterscotch). Vanilla bean ice cream.
