My husband told us over lunch that he felt really good on his bike ride, he is also taking the Braggs Apple Cider vinegar. I have read many say they have benefited from an increase in energy.makes sense since it helps cleanse out the organs! This entire healthy meal was prepared and ready to eat in 35 minutes!
