My life in general as a deacon and a golf nut. June 20, 2011. Hey all, can’t believe I didn’t post this earlier. I guess it was 2 weeks ago I shot even par 72 at The Marshes! I actually bogeyed the last 2 holes to shoot par. disappointing finish but a great round overall! Its decided I will be heading to Halifax in the middle of July for a weekend visit. Heard a ton about it and now I’m going. Unfortunately no PEI this year. But don’t worry, looks like I may going twice next year&...Hey, there you are.

Dave has returned to work and things are off to a good start there. He has a class of 24, which is a great size and he doesn't have a crazy amount of technology stuff to start off the year like he did last year, which is super nice! Anneke is learning so much! Having said that, I am really wishing for Spring- not that I want to wish my mat leave away, but it would be really nice to get outside! But in the meantime- March. We had a great March Break. Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Here's what we've been up to this June:. Everything goes in my mouth (except a bottle, soother or sippy cup- well to be fair, they go in my mouth but I chew on them rather than suck on them). Oma and Opa came for a nice visit. We were supposed to go to the zoo, but it was rainy. Look at me with my cool shades! Anneke reading Kaelyn a story. Corn on the cob- she loved it! I love my exersaucer (applesaucer :), it's super fun to bounce in! Our big girl at 7.5 months!

Thursday, February 07, 2013. Last month, the girls joined a few home schooling families at Mount Pakenham for some snowboarding lessons. Before we went, we were told that it was very hard and they should take skiing lessons instead, but they are stubborn, just like their mom. They know what they want and go for it. Friday, September 07, 2012. In the past year some pretty wonderful girls in the family have donated their hair to make wigs for victims of cancer. Josina has also been patiently waiting for her hair to get long enough to do the same. Lucky for her, it grows pretty fast. Well, today was the big day. Off to the hairdresser!
