Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Konkan- Jwell of Nature ( Dapoli-Harne-Anjarle). Harne is a small fishermans village located 17 km away from Dapoli and it is famous for fishmarket and SUWARNASURGA fort.As you enter the village you can see the typical konkani type houses and different types of fishes put for sundrying. On the way to Harne port first we can see Goa fort , which is ruined muchmore now a days and only a protected wall around fort remains.A Goa fort is built with big black square stone.

For trail we can go there by road from nashik either via Nashik- Makhmalabad - Dari - Matori village to dam site or via Nashik - Peth highway to Rashegaon and then dam site to south.
