Fy søren så mange vanskelige pizzabunn oppskrifter det er der ute, og akkurat i dag så gidder jeg ikke bruke all verdens tid på pizzabaking. Har egentlig ikke forsøkt meg på glutenfri vegan pizzabunn før, men en gang må jo være den første. Med tanke på at jeg jobber med pizza så har jeg hatt en del heftige pizza-munchies i det siste. And cornbread’n stuff. Yesterday I made vegan cornbread. Turned out great. Best eaten fresh out of thee oven. Had munchies for cornbread this morning, and decided to toast it. Works great. Testet toros glutenfri melmix i dag. Den lyse. Helt grusom deig, slimete. Man må bruke mye mere mel enn det som er i posen, så jeg fyllte på med jyttemel. Brukte masse solsikke og linfrøkjerner i tillegg. Bare for å sprite opp melblandingen noe. Slik er det på søndager når du har glemt å kjøpe mel til brødbaking før helgen. So, today I decided to use the cocnut milk my boyfriend brought home a week ago, it’s been standing on the shelf yelling my name. but I haven’t found a use for it. So today, rice noodles, quarn and veggies. Boil water and follow the description on your rice noodle package. Fry veggies, I used onion, carrots, peppers. Spice the veggies with salt, pepper. When everything are ready, mix in pan and fry a bit more. Mix in coconut milk, and some sweat and sour sauce(very very little of the last one).

2,5 dl jyttemjøl. 2 store epler. jeg brukte her litt mindre, synes det ble mye. Bland sammen alt det tørre. Smelt margarinen. Tilsett soyamelken i margarinen. Hell det over de tørre ingredientsene. Bland inn eple båter, spar litt til pyntpå toppen. Hell deigen i en form, pynt med eple, brunt sukker og kanel på toppen. Stekes midt i ovnen på 180 grader i ca 45 minutter.
