Message from the President. Golfers’ code of conduct. The tournament shall be governed as per the Rules of Golf as approved by R and A Rules Limited 2012-2015. Beside the above, the following Local Rules shall also be applicable for the conduct of tournament at the Royal Thimphu Golf Course (RTGC) and shall supersede all earlier issued local rules. 1 Out of Bounds (OB):. All outer perimeters of the Golf Course and areas marked with white stakes shall be considered Out of Bounds . 2 Penalty Markers (Blue):.

However, those who want to play before 8.30am are allowed to use the facilities with prior notice of at least one day. There are exceptions when the course is closed to non-members when a tournament is in ongoing or for major maintenance activities.
