It's not as bad, but still not what I wish it was. What I realized is that EVERYTHING can trigger emotional eating. Life is not always easy, but there ARE other ways of dealing with it besides sticking a cookie in my mouth or sipping on a Coke. Insight is a wonderful thing. Still not where it should be.

Jul 6, 2013. On Thursday we had a lovely day out at Fort Edmonton with Kaylah and her boys. Wow 4 hours can fly by sometimes! As well as looking round at all the historical places there, we had fun at the Midway. I rode the Ferris Wheel with Sam and the children played the sideshow games - fishing pond and roll a number. Podsumowanie roku i nowości. Ten rok był krótki, dużo udało mi się jednak w nim osiągnąć, aż szkoda że się kończy. Robię coraz więcej biżuterii a co za tym idzie powoli wykonuję swoje prace perfekcyjnie. Bransoletka powyżej została stworzona na warsztatach u Ani. Bardzo się cieszę, że po dłuższej przerwie znów je zorganizowała. Różowiótka bransoletka z kremowymi koralikami ułożonymi we wzór kwiatka. Kolejne indiańce.
