Tuesday, April 12, 2011. I realize I've only fasted two nonconsecutive days, but I've learned a few things. Or rather, I've discovered some things about fasting in relation to the physical that completely surprised me. I never expected:. Difficulty in speaking, thinking. Inability to get warm.
