A wretch like me. Thursday, March 13. I finally finished Elizabeth Gilbert's. The reviews of this book are pretty much 50/50- love it or hate it. I can't committ to either side. If you would have asked me when I was halfway through I would have said YES, absolutely LOVE it. There were parts I was disappointed with, like the ending. Yoda has gone on to "join the force"(at least that is what I interpret he does when he vanishes before Luke) and Luke is struggling with going on to meet his destiny, which is to confront Lord Vader. Sunday, September 24, 2006. My wife and boys and friend. This then begs the question, how then do I enter into relationships with the others? By sitting down to a meal with them regularly. A wretch like me. Wednesday, March 5. I was offended when my therapist/friend told me I wear my heart on my sleeve. Realizing that was, in my opinion, a negative label, she rephrased:. You are emotionally invested.". Although this seemed more appropriate, I was still hesitant to accept. How completely pansy is that? Friday, January 7, 2011. Might sound like a crazy question - am I growing? Well I am not getting any taller that is for sure:) I am gaining a few pounds but am I really growing where it matters and how would I know. I know I am gaining or losing pounds because I get on a scale - the same scale - and I keep track of where I was, where I am and where I want to go. This is so simple it is almost like "um yea of course". Of course there are Istep tests - which show he is doing great - but is he growing?
