https://bibliophilicmedstudent.wordpress.com/2017/01/06/review-a-study-in-charlotte-by-brittany-cavallaro-no-spoilers

Review: A Study In Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro (no spoilers). January 6, 2017. January 6, 2017. This was such a fun read! The story is based on the descendants of the original crime solving pair – James (Jamie) Watson and Charlotte Holmes – making it a refreshing take on Holmes and Watson relationship. There are many thrilling twists and turns weaved into the plot and I’m already excited to read the sequel! And yup – THE GAME IS ON! But I won’t give anything away 😉. Till next time booknerds! 2 thoug...

Review: Everything Everything by Nicola Soon (spoiler free). January 11, 2017. Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon is a cute, unique and flowing story which I thoroughly enjoyed. And for the first time in a while – I finished this book in one sitting. My disease is as rare as it is famous. Basically, I’m allergic to the world. I don’t leave my house, have not left my house in seventeen years. The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla. This is not a spoiler in any way because it’s basical...

Review: Tales From the Shadowhunter Academy. December 13, 2016. December 13, 2016. It’s amazing to be back in the Shadowhunter world! I’ve missed it so dearly that I nearly cried when I first started the book! Spoilers as I would assume people have read The Mortal Instruments before even thinking about reading this. Hope you enjoy! The synopsis below gives heaps of it away anyways). Join Simon on his journey to become a Shadowhunter, and learn about the Academy’s illustrious history along the way, throug...

Welcome to 2017!

https://owlgazer.wordpress.com/2017/01/01/welcome-to-2017

Another year is officially over. And what a year that was! 2016 meant many different things to me (possibly to you too). For one it meant the opening of this blog which was extraordinary. Aside from finally getting something like a career I moved to a flat with my boyfriend and began paying bills. (SO MUCH ADULTING! That was the basic stuff.

Welcome to Jamie’s Kitchen. For this year’s Reading Challenge I’ve decided to read a book about cooking and what’s more about cooking than a cookbook?
