Ingredients : Pork(Boned rip, chuck roll or the shank of beef) 600g, garlic, kelp, anchovy, clear strained rice wine 2 spoon, water 300ml, an old kimchi with a half head. 1 Boiling the kelp, anchovy and water in broth. 2 Pouring clear strained rice wine the pork, Kimchi in the pan, pour the broth and boil the meat thoroughly. 3 Cut meat into proper size. 5 Eat happily -. 2009년 2월 1일 일요일.
