WOW Workouts of the Week. Here are my workouts from this week. It was a little better than last week, but the holidays are keeping me busier than usual at school. I have 1 1/2 more days until vacation. B&B Series: Shelter Harbor Inn, Westerly, Rhode Island. Daniel and I just returned from a relaxing stay at the Shelter Harbor Inn.
