OK, let me shine/shy. Wednesday, December 16, 2015. 年頭完成閒HEA一級入門班，估唔到二級難咁多，不但要學進階圖針、繩結，仲有三次實習，包括兩次露營，要full gear玩（孭成廿LIT），夜行蚺蛇尖，第二日仲要行澗兼玩爬懸崖（好安全既），實在太刺激。 整個過程多得隊友同教練助教幫助、提點，亦好多謝自己冇放棄。其實只要唔lur地唔行，就一定完成到！最實用係行咗好多浮沙碎石斜，成支竹既雙腳儘管仲係震到冇朋友，落斜係熟手咗少少既。另外係玩完兩次重裝露營，身體都仲吃得消，翌日成功(! 返工，覺得自己身心都更硬淨！呢次投資都唔少，好彩向好友借到營具帳篷，甚至行山鞋，最後點都因為需要而買咗cheap cheap行山大背包、幾件快乾衫、好貴既行山杖、襪、煲具等等大大小小裝備，大概等於去台北三日兩夜啦！ 三級係冇可能架啦，佢地都唔會收我，我亦冇諗住考，二級剛好。不過，會努力行多啲，同時鍛鍊下身體，或者出年會考慮報健體班，有個班箍住係會認真啲既。 除此以外，九月開始咗在HKU SPACE學繙譯，係一個半年既Post Grad Cert課程&...

Monday, August 10, 2015. 說這齣動畫感動了不少「大人」，不知道大家感動的點是哪些呢？ 先說說五位情感角色的形象。除了藍色髮膚，阿愁看來就跟現實生活中帶一點點胖的小女孩沒兩樣，綠色的阿厭是典型奄尖聲悶的女角造型，阿驚是條人見人怕的蟲，是個紅色火山的阿燥有著成熟男性穿著，阿樂則是個不折不扣轉圈圈易過借火的迪士尼式小仙子。除了阿樂，各有相乎的主色，更易辨認。自己特別喜歡阿愁的形象，因她是五個角色當中最接近現實的，微微胖，平實的白色高領毛衣加一個黑框眼鏡，不想突出，方便隱藏，這樣的形象通常會遭排拒，被忽略，蠻有意思的。 情緒一來容易做錯決定，戲裡的阿燥也在六神無主的情況下出了個餿主意，導至韋莉離家出走。不知道小朋友對主控台變灰那情節有什麼感覺呢？我想，那是麻木、抽離，這種滋味，愈大個愈熟悉，與戲中一樣，這種狀態是連阿驚阿燥阿厭都會束手無策的。 阿樂阿愁被吸走後，阿驚阿厭和阿燥嚐試學阿樂做反應，回應爸媽的&#...故事裡亦提及邏輯和抽象思考。前者一句帶過，邏輯和創意看似有點相違背，也可理解...成長的回憶總夾笑帶淚。...

Tuesday, April 12, 2016. 繙譯課程已讀完，試也考完，考得頗差，很多英文生字都記不起也不懂串。三個月後才會獲通知成績，出席率一直有保持，業是應該畢到的。 爸爸的病情時好時壞，每日都會有幾段時刻感到十分不適，脾氣偶然會按捺不住，想也心疼。之前去看親戚介紹的艾灸師，原來是灣仔龍頭大佬，個性豪邁古怪，艾療做了六七次，不做了。現在去看浸大中醫做針灸推拿，也開中藥，希望能幫到忙。後日去昭哥介紹的骨科醫生，多拿個意見，手術我想是不能做的了，年邁加上柏金遜，風險不低。 哥哥一家回港一個月，BB升讀高班，一年沒見變成鬼仔，英文詞彙多得得人驚，還是貪玩貪吃，都不長肉。哥哥終於比較放鬆了，生活上仍然掉三拉西，卻不再悵然若失。他來了可陪陪爸爸，活絡爺孫三代情。 最新活動乃學習瑜伽，報了個瑜伽治療班，旨在放鬆，動作相對簡單，四堂過去頗感稱心，肩（堅）有放鬆。 怎樣，文字有沒有很流暢？有沒有張小玉特色？ Chr chr chris in tai tai taiwan. Monday, July 11, 2016. 家父的病終於有曙光，起初我們全部以為與坐骨神經痛和椎間盤突出有關，原來是與他（可能是遺傳性的）柏金遜有關。經過一位腦神經科醫生診斷，他這種雙腿發痲的病叫「不安腿綜合症」，是由柏金遜引發的。 盧醫生是個很臭屁的人，他一口咬定是醫院斷錯症，把我們像人球在腦科、骨科之間送來送去，只因沒有人能說出我爸的根本問題所在。雖然他態度好像很輕佻，卻也是仁醫，詢問得特別詳細，他給的藥效果特別好，也比較貴，可是見到爸爸狀態比以前好十倍就足夠了。 當然期間心情變化也蠻大的，對父母而言可能很難適應吧！我已從爸爸發病時的超級細心溫柔無限量支持，變回昔日較冷酷火氣超大的妹妹了。可能是積壓了好幾個月的壓力，還有想到以後生活、藥費、家用之類而不能亂裸辭（更不要說去年曾想過要去台灣試試），心裡就有點不能平衡了。縱然未至於要替父母還債那一種，不過選擇了照顧父母，就知道&#...工作上，在上年尾開始至今年六月，我竟然要負責中譯英和撰寫英文文稿的工作。我英文不太爛，也不是很好，以往寫完...另外呢，就是飛來蜢的freelance寫書工作&#...
