世事無常, 開心事(時)就留個記錄, 提醒自己要懂得感恩. 除了平時在公司附近吃午餐, 否則很少一星期內會到同一食店多於一次, 事實是這篇食評包含了一星期來兩趟的總結. 看到兩位食友推界, 第一次於某晚考完試後來到這處, 點了一份 salad, 一杯 apple cider, 及一客 Eckmuhl, 內有 Reblochon cheese, Potato, Bacon, Onion. Cider 不算太甜, 容易入口, Eckmuhl 則有點太咸. 某天下午, 要到附近做大力士, 抬了十多公斤的東西回家, 去了兩間餐廳都說今天洗沒有午餐, 於是再來一次, 放棄了 Macro 換了標準鏡, 所以說人生不可以有對比, 即時感覺相機輕了一大截, 有點解脫的感覺. 這天是今年感受最差的一餐, 拍照時有位外藉深啡色頭髮的女待應, 黑面說你在拍我們的餐牌呀? 下星期仍會再跟食友來一次, 之後沒有必要就不會再去, 那女子完全破壞了全餐的美味, 餐店跟美食多的是, 何苦又要付錢, 又要看面色. 標籤： 出街食 法國. 這是我的新歡, 本地菜市場的茄子, 上次試過滑得不得了, 再用它來煮個焗牛肉千層茄子派. 世事無常, 開心事(時)就留個記錄, 提醒自己要懂得感恩. 很久沒好好打食評, 我食界愛人推界的台式小店, 是日下午客人不多, 跟老闆談了數句, 由於此區租金比大街平一點, 少了些租金壓力, 老闆希望可以用心做點手工菜, 點了一個鴨舌, 及一個老闆用米自製的米苔目, 為怕變壞, 每兩小時做一次, 只因無添加. 此物口感像彈牙的烏冬, 米味重, 上面的鹵肉味道甚正宗, 湯底是淡魚骨湯底. 鴨舌的鹵水味道不錯, 只因要等那米苔目, 店方送上沙茶紅蘿白, 味道略淡, 跟店主吹水時不停送上食物給我試吃, 一味全素椰菜包, 椰菜火候剛好, 點上麻醬, 味道不錯. 再來半碗牛肉湯, 不是濃濃牛味, 但煮時加入少許番茄蔬菜, 中和了牛的濃味, 最後送上黑糖糕, 味道清甜, 黑糖味濃, 原價 $66 兩味加飲品, 不知為何變了五味, 臉片厚如字典的我也有少許不好意思, 唯有多來光顧, 下次要試牛肉麵. 能遇到一間心機小店, 總令人感動, 神奇是老闆用的大部份是年輕人, 禮貌滿分, 香港實在盡要多些這樣的有心人, 多謝 Issac 推界. 標籤： 出街食 中式. 係呀, 黑布街, 不過如果你白天出沒, 通知我一聲.

世事無常, 開心事(時)就留個記錄, 提醒自己要懂得感恩. 坦白說, 我近幾年應該沒到過永利街, 不是有一套戲, 到底有多少人知道這街道. 不知何時, 香港突然多了不少保育人仕. 但可不可以有人告訴我, 到底何為要保育, 要保的是甚麼? 碼頭如是, 牛下如是, 永利街如是, 我也想訪問一下他們, 請問你上兩次拜訪是何時, 時間相差多遠? 香港的保育人仕不是最令我疑惑, 之前那些叫呼不要經濟入侵西藏的, 就真的令我摸不着頭腦. 請問你可有到過西藏? 當然油菜花田是漂亮, 寺院亦莊嚴, 養羊放牛亦看上很寫意. 不過為甚麼藏人要為你這過客, 長期要住在空氣稀薄的高原? 如果他們說也想跟你一樣, 可以享用冷熱水, 電視, 手機, 上網及數碼相機, 又有甚麼問題? 阿凡達只是一場戲, 曲終人散大家不一樣回家開冷氣, 上網看電視, 行街睇戲食飯, 世界就是每份每秒在改變, 不管你喜不喜歡, 太濫情只覺做作. 不過最近亦有人同我說, 傷春悲秋都有市場. 當然所有事都有市場, 但未有市場前自己悶死自己, 不太值得. Anyway, 我這種只懂得識食玩睡的人, 只會懂'保腩肉', 沒有這些高尚情懆.

世事無常, 開心事(時)就留個記錄, 提醒自己要懂得感恩. 最近 (之係由出世到宜家) 買0左唔少廚房玩具, 攪到好混亂, 所以諗住買個大盒裝好佢地, 轉個頭就見到肥妹一隻人仔咁坐0左入佢. 標籤： 貓 貓 貓 如意. 它一定是知道其他同胞已離它而去, 它又太愛我, 所以費盡思量, 為求留在我身邊. 前後不到半年, 只經不過是過了一個乾爽的冬天, 用過一次煮雪糕, 但它已經帶點蒼傷, 還未過潮濕的夏天, 真的不用再想放賣. 標籤： Le Creuset. 標籤： 貓 貓 貓 如意. 大家係咪好耐無見過祥仔呢, 因為祥仔一見到部相機就貓咁腳走, 所以影唔到佢相. 今次佢中眼訓, 就影到幾張啦. 標籤： 貓 貓 貓 吉祥. 說要來好一段日子的餐廳, 聽聞有鵪鶉, 又有人肯陪去跑一轉, 終於有機會試這三星餐廳. 牛油, 友人不太欣賞, 我等牛油怪連 President 都覺得可以, 當然把他清碟, 不過我還是欣賞 Caprice 及 Amber 的多一點. 不見了 Brioche 的麵包籃, Robuchon 的麵包永遠不會令我失望. 餐前小吃 - 用豆打成的 Panna Cotta, 滑, 想起貴夫人.

世事無常, 開心事(時)就留個記錄, 提醒自己要懂得感恩. 總喜歡周未到街市看看有甚麼新鮮的食材, 每次都會探探賣本地菜的檔, 今次有這種茄子, 老闆拍心口說好吃,買了一個. 把它切片, 扮意粉跟之前只用了少許的炆牛面肉焗了一個 Lasagna, 老闆果然沒錯, 滑得有些東坡肉的感覺, 加上芝士及汁, 比牛面肉更美味, 大滿足的一餐. 之前在自然屋喝過一杯梅酒就念念不忘, 再加見到大洗媽的網誌, 家中多了兩支, 飯後來一小杯, 大滿足. 標籤： 對自已好一點 快快煮. 沾祥仔光買了些牛仔骨, 終於弄了這放在 to do list 好幾個月的 consommé. 不要問我為什麼, 只因我想試一試. 由要是跟 French Laundry 的食譜, 這是它的原貌, 前後煲了不下十小時, 汆水2小時, 第一煲4小時, 第二煲5小時, 再要個多小時 reduction 及大半小時 clarification. 今個月一定用到煤氣公司的最低用量. 既然水清無魚, 就給它添點牛和菇, 做了幾隻 Beef cheek ravioli, 先用之前做好的濃菇湯, 少許番茄, 洋蔥把牛臉肉燉好.
