Thursday, March 3, 2011. Well it's week six, the halfway mark.It sure went by fast! We got measured this week and we are pleased with the results. The workouts are getting more aggressive.less time to rest between excersises.Bill and I actually look forward to the workouts now.except for the getting up at 5:30am to go!
