Like a lot of home brewers, my brewing began with an appreciation of beer and brewing. For Christmas 2011, I got my first homebrew kit, and was on my way. My son and I started with a stock Amber Ale kit on Martin Luther King Jr day 2012, and I have to admit, it came out pretty good. From there, I started tweaking recipes and creating my own flavors.
