Saturday, May 29, 2010. I was encouraged by one of Mom's friends to apply for a state job. She wrote down the website and I wrote down what she told me to look for. After looking and looking and LOOKING I finally found it. I applied online for that job. The Lord had EVERYTHING to do with this as when I finally found. The job it only had 1 day left before they closed it! I'm scared but excited. I've been working 4 nites a week, every other week at an assisted living place. I love that job! For today, hope.

Sunday, July 26, 2009. Went yesterday to a softball tournament. Most of the guys from our church team were on it plus 2 other guys and one lady. The games were at 9am, noon, 3pm and 6pm. The ballpark is a couple of miles out of town so we spent the day in fellowship with some GREAT people! I think there was even a water fight between Harold and Rachel! I got to sit and visit with some people I know but don't know (know what I mean? Betty Jones and Melinda Gerbich. What an exhausting but blessed day!
