Marshside and Highstead suffer from legacy Exchange equipment limiting speeds to a maximum of 8Mbit/second, due to the high cable lengths to Highstead, the achievable speed falls far lower than 8M. Too expensive. We decided to put pressure on BT to upgrade. Some KCC info is available here.
