I guess this must have been in a lull when there were less bands around. It's kind of half-sized. But the interviews are written up more, rather than just typed up. Interviews with The Primitives, Whipped Cream, Hole, AC Temple and Ween.

I wrote this one mainly as a result of reading Mark D (Fat Tulips)'s fanzine and a few others of that type. I wanted to do something similar. I didn't call it issue 1 because I didn't really think I was going to do another one. The flexi was single of the week in Sounds. Interviews with The Motorcycle Boy, The Popguns, Po! Shop Assistants, The Fizzbombs and Clare Grogan. Articles about The Parachute Men and Patsy Cline. Fat Tulips - A Girl Called Suicide. Spinning Jennys - Splendid.

I changed the name and the style because I wanted to get away from factory-produced image that Big Muff was developing. The record reviews were the "pull out and throw away" centre pages entitled "the shit". I was trying to tell the press agents that I didn't want their crap records, but it didn't really work. I skipped issue 7 - I guess partly to make people think they'd missed something, but also kinda anti-superstitious. One Of Us Should Remove The Shades.
