May 19, 2015. Loss(-)/Gain : -6.0 lbs. Current Weight: 234.0 lbs. Good news today, and also bad news. Six pounds lost, which is great! Spent the entire week under 30 carbs per day (total carbs), which means I had almost no veggies. I feel really bad for the people who work there. They are all very sad, and they are all very sad for all of the patients. So what am I going to do? More to come, but that is my initial thought. Filed under Daily Musings. June 30, 2015. My boyfriend has never had a weight problem. My boyfriend’s ex-wife never has either. She and I are the same height. 5’7″. I was told the other day that when the ex would reach 135 pounds she felt fat. 8230;……. Yeah, I know. Week 13 Check-In (a couple of days late). May 14, 2015. Loss(-)/Gain : 1.4 lbs. Current Weight: 240.0 lbs. Well, I’m 2 days passed being pissed. Other than the gum, which I’ve written about and threw away last Thursday night, I stayed ON PLAN. Or what I knew the plan to be for myself. I know that’s not terribly healthy, but let’s face it, I didn’t gain all the weight by eating vegetables/fruits….so if I have to go a few months with very few vegetables/no fruit, well, oh well&#...Filed under Daily Musings.

April 15, 2013. Here we go. Another start to the week! What did I do this weekend? Spent time with many friends, and that was lovely. Sunday’s weather was decent, not as warm as promised, but sunny and not bad. I’ve had the opportunity to explore many places I’ve never seen before, and that’s been really interesting. Seems I’m probably going to have more of that opportunity soon, with some potential travel in the works. Much to schedule and plan. But it will all be so much fun! Filed under Daily Musings.

May 14, 2015. At 240 pounds the calories/BMR for me is currently 2100. Last week, for 6 days I was 1100-1200 under that, and one day I was 400 under. One pound is 3500 calories. Week 20 Check In. June 30, 2015. Loss(-)/Gain : -6.5 lbs. Current Weight: 226.9 lbs. Well, I’m up 0.9 from my unofficial weigh-in 2 days ago, but that is easily explained by the fact that I’m taking cold medicine (the liquid stuff just works better at night) and sugar-free lozenges (which do contain. In 20 weeks I’ve lost 55.1 pounds. No bad. But I have a lot more I want to lose left. Just under 50% there. Even with the month of June basically a wash I still have great weekly/monthly averages.
