I had a spare 80GB hard drive lying around, so I'm copying the contents of my TiVo's current hard drive to the new one ( here's the Hinsdale guide to upgrading your TiVo's hard drive. Once the copying is done, I'll put the 80GB drive into my TiVo (and the 40GB original on a shelf, just in case) and my recording capacity will have been doubled.
