Big Red Robot Food. Sunday, 23 June 2013. Slow cooked harissa pork with coriander and sultana couscous. 75g - 100g harissa paste. Good bunch of coriander. Chop the pork into nice big chunks and fry in a casserole dish to brown then add in the tomatoes and harissa paste to taste.
