Saturday, 1 September 2012. We had our trip to Wales with the van almost done? This is our first breakfast, mmmm lol. Everything worked and we averaged 35mpg over the 460 mile journey (40mpg before Wales! My youngest (in the pink) is going to India for 1 year in September, to teach in a blind school so this was my last chance to see her before her adventure. The elder has just got a 1st in her degree course. Proud father! Ffestiniog railway on our return home, the long way round. View my complete profile.

Heloo, I've gone for open plan shelving on the nearside, the long one above the sliding door is for those bits and bobs you need to put somewhere but not in a cupboard, the one above the sink is for oft used cooking stuff and the ones above the bed are for the following mornings clothes! Sunday, 26 February 2012. Now the fridge vents are in it's time to get the fridge fitted properly, originally it was going to be high up next to the bed ( you can see in earlier pics) but we found this to be a bit claustrophobic in the bed area so it was changed to the position you see now. The hole you can see in the board below the bed is a foot hole used to launch yourself into bed! It will be blanked off behind in the storage area accessible when you lift the bed. Wednesday, 24 July 2013. Well it's been a long time since I last posted, as you well know the weather has been horrendous, but I HAVE done some work on the van! I bought an underslung 25ltr lpg tank from Autogas 2000 in Thirsk, it's only an hour or so away so I collected it. They supply a fitting kit to retro fit, ie. so you don't have to drill the floor. You bolt through the cross members on the chassis to fit the brackets. I had to router fixing points for the sink clamps as their max was 25mm. Well it...
