The bin cleaning company said the could only come in two weeks time, but I was worried by then forensics would be combing the street to investigate the death-like stench! I am now awaiting my bravery award and my own adventure TV show to far flung destinations! My other advice is buy a lock for your wheelie bin if you live in BD3 lol 🙂. Create a free website...

I like training with my monitor – I am a bit of a geek like that – it shows me how hard to work – and beeps at me to slow down. I like measuring my performance with it. I wasn’t watching my monitor anymore but listening to my body … my intuitive sense of how fast I could go! I soon discovered it was faster than I thought! Comments feed for this article.
