Monday, November 29, 2010. What Day is your Fav? I have really struggled with this one. a Favorite day of the week? Seems like it would be so easy. Saturday because I can sleep in, sometimes. However, I really think I like Mondays because everything returns to the routine. I had a wacky thought though. What if I had to pick my favorite day based on the songs written about it? Monday, Monday, can't love that day" ( I think thats how the song goes). Just another Manic Monday". Is there a song about Tuesday?

Saw fun and free fireworks- enjoyed in our friends driveway! I took pics) maybe somebody will help me put them on here. And by 9 pm there was a small breeze so not totally icky outside! Tuesday, May 6, 2014. My Take on the Long Life Salad. Based on an episode from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, this salad lives up to its popularity among healthy eaters. It's a salad with tons of good stuff, some of which, one wouldn't think could/should be combined. The ingredients are kale, quinoa, lentils, black beans, black eyed peas, lima beans, golden raisins, dried prunes, walnuts, and mango. Added ingredients could be sunflower seeds, pecans. I used a citrus salad dressing which adds a twist.
