I met Brian Whiton in the frozen midwest of the 90s and we’ve been good friends and occasional bandmates ever since. Brian learned everything there was to know about pianos, and, in 2011, opened Big Wrench Piano Care. Session 2 brought Brooklyn-based pianist Billy White into the store, along with Grammy-nominee Maiysha Kai (vocals), Hagai Cohen-Milo (bass), and Josh Davis (drums). They put down classics, new songs and originals compositions. The project lives on tumblr.
