After waiting outside Pisac Inn for 3 hours (the hotel told us that they had not yet checked in), we checked our email to find a frantic message from Robin saying that they needed to buy train tickets to Aguas Calientes but couldn't finalize the deal until we gave them our passport numbers. Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Tarija is a rather lovely department of Bolivia. The climate is nice, ideal for growing all year around: figs, grape vines, basil, fennel.
