Als echte wereldreizigers slaan we na maanden voorbereiding onze vertrouwde voordeur achter ons dicht en stappen vol vertrouwen de Grote Vrijheid tegemoet. Maar, wacht even, wat is dat? Daarmee hadden we even geen rekening gehouden. Een uurtje later rijden we, acht vuilniszakken en een stapeltje boterhammen rijker, alsnog ons doel tegemoet. Inpakken is een serieuze zaak, dus het is al een uur of zes en Utrecht is een prima doel voor het eerste ritje.

Have Bike Will Travel. Posted January 30, 2011. Went out to San Diego and the California desert for the holidays. Just getting around to posting an update. I’ve already been back for a month! First stop was during the rain in San Diego. A great store called Velo Cult. They had these great racks out front and tons of great gear and vintage frames just waiting to be built up! Actually went out for a ride on Christmas morning. Great views of the desert and 2 serious hills! Check my flickr gallery for more.
