Biking the Pacific Coast. Wednesday, 24 August 2011. Random Highlights. And a farewell! Amy and I wanted to point out some random highlights of the trip. First of all, we added up all the mileage. We biked 1829 miles! According to Amy's bike computer we burned nearly 50,000 calories! Lucas' sweet tan line! Lucas' hair right before the end of the trip. Lucas' hair after some serious trimming. Amy didn't want to show a picture of it, but her thighs have nearly doubled in thickness! Gorilla checking us out!
