Summer is coming fast we only have two months to get ready! Exercise and Diet Tips. That Workout Worked Me. Day 3: →. Today was even better than yesterday I burned more calories and I stuck to my diet more closely. I tried some of those bikini workouts and I really enjoyed them I was able to get 40 minutes in the morning and burned some calories then. I will go ahead and post what I ate and exercised. Breakfast: Dannon Oikos Raspberry Greek Yogurt, Vitamin, and Coffee. Total: 1,369 Calories. Day 3: →.

Food: (this is based on some BMR calculators and calorie intake calculators). Eat 1440 calories every day. Eat 200 at breakfast, 340 at lunch, 300 for snack, and 600 for dinner. Summer is coming fast we only have two months to get ready! Exercise and Diet Tips. I ended up having to get surgery on my right shoulder. I surely thought I would gain weight .I lost more weight I now weigh 116.5 lbs I am no longer in need of losing weight. My body lost it after surgery. I now suffer a variety of other issues too.
