Friday, September 28, 2012. Our week-long vacation at Rosemary Beach made for a great time of rest, sun and warmth, and time with the kids. Good thing, because we heard our town had two frosts while we were gone! A week was just long enough; we are ready to get home, but a little part of us hates to leave all this behind. Monday, May 6, 2013. This one's for Moriah. Just so you know you aren't the only one who has days like this. Friday was a terrible, no good, very bad day. Although there were lots of graces when I look back. The glass that didn't hit his eye. The lego piece was retrieved from the body cavity. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Cooking with an ENFP. We never cook the same thing twice. Pureed Butternut Squash Soup. I made this out of some leftover cooked butternut squash so it was fast work. The squash broke down in the pan so I didn't puree it, but it was still super good.
