Monday, April 5, 2010. I'm sending this out to everyone (who I know of) that's currently using the 'Team OceanSwell' promotion idea for TrafficWave. I'm getting caught up today on a lot of old emails and other stuff, but there's a few things I want to pass on, so I'm sending this out first. First of all, we've got some Team Leaders dropping out of that role - out of fear, laziness, frustration or ineptitude. That sucks, but what can you do? How do you deal with those who give up and quit so quickly?
