The Dearborn Family: Interview Update
http://thedearbornfamily.blogspot.com/2010/09/interview-update.html
Living the Great Adventure! Thursday, September 2, 2010. Thank you so much for your prayers for Mike's interview on Monday! He feels it went very well so as of now we are waiting to hear back from ADF. Mike interviewed with 4 different people, about 30 minutes each, he had 3 short essays to write since part of his job would be communicating through writing and another phone interview to see how he communicates on the phone. It's been quite the process! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Jan 1, 2010.

Brownlee's Beeswax: May 2007
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 30, 2007. Our friends, John and Veronica, were very nice and offered the use of their home for the party. After all the guests had been invited, Veronica invited dad to join them for a small gathering and concert at their home. (This is something they do every once-in-a-while, so he wasn't at all suspicious of the gathering). About 50 people - friends from dance classes and clubs - were waiting in the Ferenz's. Along with our Hawaiian. And chocolate covered almond clusters. We have been wo...

Brownlee's Beeswax: November 2006
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 13, 2006. Family came over to Bob and Nancy's house to visit. We had a little too much fun with my costume teeth. Brennan thought it was especially hilarious. He is such a ham and loves making people laugh. Friday, November 10, 2006. Dr Brownlee I presume. Merrick passed his defense today! Thursday, November 09, 2006. Wednesday, November 08, 2006. Over the river and through the woods. Well, I am not going to "grandmother's house," but my grandpa is coming to our house! Street (those who ...

Brownlee's Beeswax: Back at it...
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2015/06/back-at-it.html
Thursday, June 11, 2015. It is June 10th. It is the first day of summer vacation. It is sunny and 80 perfect degrees outside. And yet, I'm blogging. Don't get me wrong. I did spend the first five hours of my day in the back yard. pulling weeds, trimming bushes, cutting down trees. But now my arms are scraped and puffy, my eyes are swollen, I can't hear out of my left ear, and I can't breathe out of my nose. I'm house-bound by my allergies. I love. On to third grade. So glad you are back! On to third grade.

Trip back to Germany | holding onto water
https://holdingontowater.wordpress.com/2013/08/30/trip-back-to-germany
Trip back to Germany. August 30, 2013. The wall of those missing in action. Unreal. After visiting the gravesite we walked across town for a Marine Corps tradition. Take a drink out of the devil dog fountain. History says that when the Germans saw the Marines coming at Belleau Wood they called them Hounds from Hell or Devil Dogs. Side note, if this house next to the fountain was on VRBO I would be all over it! Stopped at a Kabob shop for lunch and we were back in Germany. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

February 18, 2013. I couldn’t be more excited for my great friend Melissa! She is having twin boys in just weeks! I can hardly wait to get my hands on those little guys and just love on them. I am fortunate to have such a wonderful hubby who said I could make two trips (one all alone) out to AZ to plan a shower and then to throw it! The first trip alone was so much fun! So much time to chat, eat hot meals and lots of crafting and planning. We ate at my FAVORITE restaurant at least twice! The Year of Joe.

Touring Frankfurt | holding onto water
https://holdingontowater.wordpress.com/2013/09/01/touring-frankfurt
September 1, 2013. We decided instead of making a trips all around the German country we would explore what Frankfurt had to offer. We again were so thankful to have Matt and Laura take us around to the different festivals, eateries and attractions. We enjoyed the people watching, the locks of love bridge and the outdoor beverage stands. Wish there was a Chicken Shack in CA! Still had a few more fun filled days to go! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
